1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of our website, Roblox game, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 13 years old and comply with Roblox and Discord terms.

3. Roblox login & verification

If you choose to log in with Roblox, we access basic account identifiers (e.g., user ID, username) to authenticate you and link your in-game identity. We never receive your Roblox password. You can revoke access at any time by unlinking in our settings or on Roblox.

4. Third-party compliance (Roblox)

• We adhere to the Roblox Creator Third-Party App Terms.
• We only request/use the minimum data required for authentication and moderation.
• No scraping, no bypassing rate limits, no misuse of Roblox APIs or branding.
• We do not imply endorsement or partnership with Roblox.

5. User conduct

• No violations of applicable laws or regulations
• No infringement of intellectual property
• No fraudulent, abusive or disruptive behavior
• No attempts to compromise service security

6. Appeals and requests

We may accept or deny unban appeals at our discretion. Abuse of the appeal system may result in further penalties.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and changes may occur at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health as required by law. For slight negligence, we are liable only for foreseeable, typical damage arising from a material breach. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded where legally permitted.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time with effect for the future. Material changes will be announced.

10. Governing law

German law applies (without UN Sales Convention). Venue where permissible: Fulda.
